Our cuisine combines mountain specialties such as tartiflette, mountain platters, mountain cheese burgers, hot boxes, and more family-style but generous cuisine such as lasagne, gratins, croque monsieurs, and omelets
At the Chalet hôtel d´Ailefroide we work, as much as possible, with products labeled organic or from local and sustainable agriculture. Fresh regional products to mix tastes and scents.
We invite you, after tasting our cuisine, to relax by taking a seat in the country-style garden, lulled by the distant music of the torrent pouring downstream into the gorges towards the valley of St Pierre and under the watchful eye of the Grand Pelvoux, and thus take full advantage of this green setting.

Our restaurant is also a bar and ice cream parlor. After a good walk in the mountains, you feel a little hungry or thirsty! You just need to sit on the terrace or by the fireplace in the evening to order.
