THE REFUGE RESTAURANT
We welcome you in a warm decor or in our magnificent shaded park with its larch and maple trees.
Our restaurant, Le Refuge, offers the chance to enjoy traditional and regional cuisine. Our aim is to make it generous, adapted to a clientele of hikers and lovers of the mountains, and perfumed with flavours from Provence and the Alps.
Besides our mountain specialities, such as fondues with boletus or morel mushrooms, our traditional raclette with goats milk or our Hautes-Alpes boîte chaude (warm cheese box), you can also enjoy our Durance lamb or our trout prepared according to the Chef’s inspiration.
All our dishes are made with top quality produce. We work as much as possible with organic produce from local and responsible agriculture. Our dishes are home-made, using fresh, seasonal produce.
In season, the restaurant is open seven days a week.
At our restaurant you will also find set menus and gourmet menus, Alpine and children’s menus!
And if you are feeling peckish, you can go to the “Dôme Café” bar, and enjoy a snack on the terrace, in the garden or near the fireplace, as you prefer.
